This site is a tribute to our beloved Jean, born on September 18, 1954 and whose life was suddenly and tragically cut short by a freak accident on 27 March 2019. The celebration of Jean’s life, on 13 April 2019, was further tribute to this remarkable person, who we are so proud to have known & loved as wife, mother, sister, family member, friend and advisor.

So many of Jean’s admirers came from near and far to join in warm celebration of a life so well-lived and so very much appreciated by so many who were so grateful to know Jean, &  to have benefited from her friendship, generosity and wise counsel, always delivered with good humour.

We are so proud too that Jean will live on forever in the minds of everyone who knew her.

In gratitude to the wonderful team at Thames Valley Air Ambulance, & of course in memory of my beloved Jean, Ray supported this special charity by joining them on the Dalai Lama Trek in the foothills of The Himalayas from 3-13 October 2019, and is delighted to report back safe & sound, with knees intact!, having successfully completed this beautiful but relentless trek. All donations go 100% directly to support TVAA’s work & valuable contribution to Society.
